Return Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Contact our support team at hello@opalynee.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Items marked as final sale, custom or personalized orders, and items showing signs of wear or damage are not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
